Our solution is modification of standart ejector pin by spiral venting groove with self cleaning efect.
Spiral groove provides smooth release of gass and constant clearance of pin hole.
Spiral groove also prevents pin from galling and helps with distributing of lubrication.
If there is secondary release groove grinded longways (not in spiral shape) the gass components will clog the hole and for cleaning it is necessary to disassemble completely the ejector plates and clean the pin holes.
Spiral grooves guarantee the "H7" hole clean and deposits are colected in the spiral groove, witch is easily possible to clean in machine without disassembling of mold.
